We are a full service
catering company specializing in Texas Style Barbecue. However, we don't
stop there. We can offer you a variety of food products and selections
that are second to none. Our Texas food offerings are to the name 
We smoke/cook RIBS, BRISKETS, PORK, CHICKEN, PIT BEEF or WHOLE SUCCULENT PIGS for hours on end.
Most of the products are cooked at least 8 to 12 hours and are so tender that they just fall right off the bone. These fine meats can be served with side dishes that compliment the true Texas atmosphere.
Corn bread, Corn on the Cob, Sweet Potatoes and Collard Greens. Then top it all off with great southern-type deserts like Pecan Pie, Sweet Potato Pie and Home Made Apple Pie.
If you don't see what you want, well that's easy enough. Just tell us and we help you build your own menu. That means you can have any food you want. For a real added flair mix it up with different entrées like Latin, Italian, TexMex or anything you desire that might enhance your event. And of course we offer the standards like Burgers, Dogs, Chili and the Fixings.
