The best part of our new service is that you can determine your own budget for your catering needs.  By using our "Planned Menu Program" you can stay at $45.00 or you can use our "Build Your Own Menu Plan" and have anything you want on your special day.

Your choices are unlimited.  Chicken halves, lobster tails, prime rib.  Anything you can think of, just ask and we will try to accommodate your personal choices and favorite foods.

THINGS YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Based on the size of your reception, we assign enough staff to start out with walk around hors d'oeuvres for 75 minutes. 

Then we will open our buffet salad bar which has many types of salads to choose from.  This will be served by our staff, buffet style, for approximately 30 minutes.

By this time, the Bride and Groom should have arrived.  The protocol of announcements will commence which usually takes approximately 30 minutes.  During this time, our staff will be setting up the main courses.

The main course buffet will be served on china plates with real flatware.  This course takes approximately 75 minutes.

Our staff will clear off the tables and the dessert station will be set up along with coffee, tea and non-alcoholic punch.  At the same time your cake will be taken to the floor and the traditional cake ceremony will take place.  Once completed, the dessert table will open, which will be the last course of the night.  This course takes approximately 45 minutes.

The entire wedding reception will be approximately 4-5 hours.  Facility clean-up will commence based upon our contractual agreement.
